Stop the MAD CHURCH DISEASE
Anne Jackson, author of several Relevant Magazine articles and an amazing blog has written a book called "Mad Church Disease" and it centers around the concept that damage happens to everyone involved in the world of being part of a church ministry. You get beat up and burnt out and this book asks the questions that may begin to start the process of healing within the church for those who are in it, who have burnt out of it, and all those people who know the people who serve or have served. Sound confusing? Perfect, fits with working in the church. I love it, but it has its costs.
